What if you bail super hard, structurally damage the frame and destroy yourself. Does the buyer recieve the deposit back? God forbid it happens, but what if something happens to you in the time, is there a written legal agreement with lawyers involved so he can collect his bicycle or deposit from your family?

The previous owner did that, im guessing he had stickers on it, and when he cleaned the residue off it removed a bit of the finish. Still functions 100%. I picked the bike because it performs, im not a guy who just trys to "look cool" on my bike.
